About

Sipcam Agro Solutions is a part of the international network of companies that make up the Sipcam Oxon Group, an Italian corporation formed in 1946. With subsidiaries worldwide, Sipcam Oxon is a global player in the development, production and marketing of Agrotechnology.

In December 2023, Sipcam Agro USA, a leader in the development, registration, production, and marketing of a solid portfolio of plant protection products for agriculture, turfgrass, ornamental, and home and garden markets, acquired the assets of Odom Industries in Waynesboro, Mississippi. The acquisition, including a warehouse facility in Shubuta, Mississippi, totaling over 350,000 square feet of production and warehouse capability, created Sipcam Agro Solutions, LLC.  This now allows Sipcam Agro USA to provide high-quality, competitively priced, and reliable custom formulating and packaging of crop protection, and turf and ornamental products. Sipcam Agro Solutions consolidates Sipcam Agro’s presence in the U.S. markets for effective agrochemical, biostimulant and biorational product production.

Another area of strategic growth occurred in February 2024, with the expansion of Sipcam Agro into Canada and the addition of a National Account Manager. This international expansion brings quality alternative solutions to the Canadian market enabling immediate close partnerships with new key customers, increasing Sipcam Agro Solution's customer base in another country.

Our Facilities

Eight Production Units

Our home facility is located in Waynesboro, MS, and has 105,000 sq. ft. of production and warehouse space. With eight production units, two units are for dry production; one dedicated to herbicides and the other to fungicides. Each dry unit is capable of producing water-dispersible granules, wettable powders and repackaging bulk materials.

Our third unit is a Munson Blender unit, which can produce impregnated granules and blend powdered materials at approximately the same rate. These three units will also grind powders to fine micron particle sizes, with packaging equipment to fill sizes ranging from small containers to bulk bags.

Our fourth and fifth units are dedicated to liquid flowable products; one is dedicated to agricultural products and the other to industrial products. Our sixth unit is also a wet milling liquid flowable system, which is used for our fungicide flowables and the seventh unit is a powder plant used for particle size reduction of powders by mechanical or air milling particle size reduction equipment. Unit number eight is a stainless-steel liquid process currently producing liquid herbicides. We also have the capability to produce EC products.

Sipcam Agro Solutions also operates a Quality Control Lab on both locations, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The labs are staffed with specialized chemists and trained technicians. We also have pilot plant equipment for formulation scale-up and improved product performance for our customers, when needed.
