Darrell Bailey and Willy Gubbels Join the Canadian Arm of Sipcam Agro USA
May 14, 2025 (DURHAM, NC) — Sipcam Agro Canada is pleased to share that Darrell Bailey (left) and Willy Gubbels (right) recently joined the Canadian division of Sipcam Agro USA. Baily will serve customers in Western Canada as a Biostimulant Product Agronomist, and Gubbels will cover Easter Canada as the new Product Development Manager. Both bring a wealth of experience to their positions, having worked for more than 30 years in the agricultural industry. Sipcam Agro Canada is a subsidiary of Sipcam Agro USA, Inc.

June 2024 - Five team members from Sipcam Agro Solutions spent the majority of the last week of June in Savannah, GA, for the Specialty & Agro Chemicals America Show where they were able to share the new plant capabilities and further understand customers' needs. The event, the very first industry show for Sipcam Agro Solutions, was a success for the Waynesboro, MS-based agrochemical manufacturing plant.

May 2024 - The managerial staff of Sipcam Agro Solutions, LLC, recently held an employee luncheon and Town Hall with guest, Francesco Sasso, Industrial Operations Director of Sipcam Oxon, the parent company of Sipcam Agro USA and Sipcam Agro Solutions, LLC. Francesco traveled to Waynesboro, MS, from Milan, Italy, the Sipcam Oxon headquarters, to see the plant site and meet the employees.

Sipcam Agro Solutions Employee Appreciation Lunch
Sipcam Agro Solutions LLC recently held an employee appreciation lunch for 107 employees across three locations in Mississippi, including Waynesboro, Shubuta and Pachuta. The event was held at the Waynesboro location, where lunch was provided for all employees, as well as t-shirts and post-lunch paid time off. This event was held to show appreciation for all employees for their hard work and increases in productivity over the last few months.

Americas With Acquisition of New Industrial
Asset in the United States
December 6, 2023 (Milan, Italy) - Sipcam Oxon S.p.A. announced in today, that it has completed the acquisition of certain industrial and logistics assets from Odom Industries Inc. (Mississippi), through its U.S. affiliate Sipcam Agro USA Inc.

The acquisition strengthens Sipcam Oxon's presence in the United States, where the company has a distribution subsidiary, Sipcam Agro USA, with annual sales of over $100 million. The acquisition gives Sipcam Agro USA a full integration along the value chain, with its own formulation and logistic assets.
